MERITORIOUS SERVICE AWARDS

The following awards listed below will be presented to the membership of the Missouri Athletic Trainers Association upon the completion of the requirements listed.

To qualify for one of the meritorious service awards:

1.      Must be a member of the Missouri Athletic Trainers Association.

2.      Must be registered as an Athletic Trainer within the State of Missouri.

3.      The years of service within the State of Missouri must be by definition, “actively engaged”, using the definition of the NATA.

The Honors and Awards Committee will be responsible for identifying those members of our association who qualify for the Meritorious Service Awards.  The committee will need to indemnify both certification year and beginning year of membership in MOATA.  The NATA may be contacted to verify certification date for certified members.  If there are any questions concerning any starting dates in MOATA the member may be asked to present written verification of being “actively engaged”.

                        20 YEARS                      PEN SET

                        25 YEARS                      CLOCK
