NOMINATIONS FOR MOATA

ATHLETIC TRAINER OF THE YEAR

Do you know a Certified Athletic Trainer who has done an outstanding job in the field this past year?  Someone who has made a difference, represented the profession in the community or made a difference in the lives of the athlete, if so nominate this person for the Athletic Trainer of the Year Award.

REQUIREMENTS ARE:         1.  Must be an active member of MOATA.

2.      Must be Certified and Registered.

3.      Must have made outstanding contribution in the field of Athletic Training during this past year.

NOMINATIONS DUE:          1.  By April 1st.

2.      You must send a letter stating why this person should be recognized with this award.
