Brett is the founder and owner of Lightning Performance Solutions, a direct-pay sports medicine and performance clinic specializing in the care of baseball, softball, and overhead athletes. With extensive experience in athletic training, performance rehabilitation, and neurologically driven movement retraining, he blends cutting-edge clinical practice with practical, real-world solutions for athletes of all levels. Brett is known for his evidence-based, whole-kinetic-chain approach and his commitment to fixing broken athletes, preventing injuries and keeping you in the game. He regularly presents on topics such as return-to-play systems, dry needling, photobiomoduation, and the business of athletic training, sharing actionable strategies to elevate athlete care and clinician impact.
