Cancellation and Refund Policy & Procedure

The Missouri Athletic Trainers’ Association will offer a full refund of the general conference registration fees for requests received by May 28, 2026. A processing fee of $5.00 may be withheld. No cancellations/refunds will be processed on, or after the first day of the scheduled event.

 In the event a program is cancelled, participants are entitled to a full refund.

 All refund requests must be sent in writing (email) to and received by the Professional Meetings Chairperson. Refunds will be issued to the original payer in the same amount as the payment received, minus any appropriate processing fees. Refunds for credit cards will be credited to the same card used for payment. Refunds for cash or check payment will be provided in the form of a check, mailed to the address on the registration form within 4-6 weeks of receipt of the refund request.
