Bio:

Natalie has a background in clinical, community and sports dietetics. Natalie started her career at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri working clinically with patients to improve their health through diet. She has also worked as a curriculum writer and educator for St. Louis schools, has been a face and voice of dietetics in the media, and consults with various sports teams on nutrition. Her sports nutrition experience spans 20 years, and she has worked with athletes of all abilities, from Special Olympics to professional athletes. Natalie has been a speaker at numerous national conferences, and emphasizes the importance of making nutrition information practical.

Natalie currently is a clinical professor at Missouri State University. She teaches Medical Nutrition labs and Sports Nutrition. She is also the dietician for the Missouri State Bears, helping student athletes reach their peak performance through nutrition.
