Continuing Education Information

Attendees will receive an email with links to two Post-Event Surveys (General Survey & Educational Session(s) Survey. The email will also contain a “Code” to access PDF copies of the Presenters Slides via the Link below.

This email will be sent out to all attendees to the email used with Registration, and will be sent no later than June 22nd.

Upon completion of these Surveys, attendee Statement of Credit will be emailed to them.

If you do not receive the email with the Post-Event Surveys, or do not receive your Statement of Credit within 24 hours after completion of the Surveys, please reach out to moataceuevents@gmail.com
