Bio:

Chad Linck is the founder of Maximal Movement, a rehab and performance company focused on integrating neurological systems into rehabilitation, performance training, and return-to-play strategies. His approach emphasizes the interaction between visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive systems to improve movement quality, reduce dysfunction, and optimize athletic performance.

Chad served 11 years in the United States Air Force, including eight years in the fire service and three years in command and control operations. Following his military career, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from Missouri State University in 2018 and later completed a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Leadership in 2020.

Throughout his career, Chad has worked across multiple levels of rehabilitation and athletic performance. He served as a Rehab Coordinator at Evangel University before transitioning to Ozark High School, where he developed a more comprehensive in-house rehabilitation model for athletes while also assisting with tactical athletic training alongside the Ozark Fire Department. He currently serves at Missouri State University as the athletic trainer for Women’s Soccer.

In addition to his collegiate responsibilities, Chad continues to build Maximal Movement with the vision of creating a clinic that bridges the gap between traditional rehabilitation, performance optimization, and applied neurology.
